Complaint Procedure

For parents aggrieved by Children's Aid, the main recourse is through the courts, and the internal complaint procedure within Children's Aid is irrelevant. But for children caught in the foster care system, it is their only means of relief. The gutting of the complaint procedure by proposed amendments to the Child and Family Services Act is fearsome for crown wards.
