QUALITY
Overall Quality Policy

Policy:
  1. In order to best serve our client community, it is our policy that the Society and its employees actively engage in the pursuit and practice of progressive excellence/continuous improvement in all its operations and that the principles of total quality management are exercised in the pursuit of the Society’s vision, mission and values, including:
    1. ensuring that employee health and wellness/healthy workplace and safety activities are an integral part of all progressive excellence initiatives and activities;
    2. incorporating progressive excellence goals into our strategic and business plans;
    3. minimizing waste and conducting its business in an environmentally responsible manner;
    4. adopting and consistently using generally accepted quality frameworks, principles, criteria, tools and techniques in the pursuit of progressive excellence; and,
    5. providing sufficient resources and establishing appropriate structures such as committees, sub-committees, working groups, quality improvement and project teams to achieve identified improvement and excellence targets.
