Brian Caldwell, of Protecting Innocent Children & Families, hung up posters in downtown Delhi Monday morning for an upcoming protest. The local lobby group will be protesting against Children s Aid Societies at the intersection of Simcoe's Norfolk and Robinson streets from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Oct. 8.
