Court Transcript Altered

Canada Court Watch reports another case in which the transcript of a family court proceeding was altered, eliminating a litigant's right of appeal. In this case, many witnesses heard the judge making statements later deleted from the transcript, yet in this kind of case, the law provides no remedy for the abuse.
